5-course gourmet dinner with selection: In the morning you will find out, which delicacies from our kitchen team await you in the evening. Every day, we serve you a 5-course dinner – a true pleasure for your senses. First, you enjoy delicious fresh salads and vegetables from the buffet. You can choose between antipasti, soups, typical starters from our region or from the Italian cuisine, main course with meat dishes (from local farm animals) or vegetarian – and finally something sweet from our patisserie to round off the evening.
Our kitchen team is prepared and trained for food allergies & vegan diet. We kindly ask you to let us know about special requests when you book your holiday.

Booking information

Arrival

The rooms are ready for you at 3 pm on your booked arrival day.
In case you arrive later than 7 pm, please let us know in advance.

Departure

We kindly ask you to leave your room before10.30 am on your departure day.

If you would you like to keep your room a little longer on your departure day, please inform our reception in good time, otherwise the day will be charged in full.
No deduction will be made for meals not taken.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the booked period will be charged in full without any deductions.

Pets

Your four-legged friends are very welcome in our house – however, they may only be brought along after agreement and registration. A surcharge of 10,00 € - 39,00 € per dog/day will be added. Food not included. Upon request, your four-legged friend can also accompany you to dinner with you. In this case, we make a reservation for you in one of our small South-Tyrolean Stuben. Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the swimming pool/sauna/relax/wellness area and on the lawn.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations are inconvenient – not only for you, our dear guests, but also for ourselves.In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be recoverable, but will be retained as a handling and service fee. For cancellations made 15 days or more before the check-in date, a charge equivalent to 50% of the total stay amount will apply. Cancellations received within 7 days prior to check-in or in the event of a non-arrival will incur charges for the entire reserved stay.

In the case of late arrival or early departure, the corresponding amount will be charged for the entire period booked, even for unused nights

Travel insurance

Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.

Surcharges, deductions & reductions

+ Double room for single use: a surcharge is added depending on season and agreement, 39.- € or higher up to 100% of the regular daily rate.

+ For short stays a surcharge may be added to the offer and agreement.

+ Dogs can only be welcomed after agreement and registration

This hotel has got a nice spa … but the outside sauna is unique. You can view the panorama of the mountain meanwhile a guy is adding snow mixed with pine, mint and lavender to the heather for an amazing experience. I would come back with my family for sure next year.
